Healthcare with Love LLC was founded by me, Alicia Richards, a SWFL Native and mother of three kids. I decided to start this business because I wanted to change how people viewed home care, offer additional hours of help beyond what other companies offer, and to put love and compassion back into patient care! I also offer other medical/ ophthalmology offices help if they experience too many call outs or just short-staffed and could use an experienced Medical Assistant and/or Patient Service Representative. I have 12 plus years of experience in Urgent Care, Hospital, Urology, OBGYN, Primary Care, Ocular Plastics and Cosmetic/ Trauma Surgery offices. I have full knowledge in front check in/out, billing/coding, referrals/authorizations, scribing, in-office surgical procedures, Medical Assisting and call center which in return makes me a big asset to you or your company. I am personable, professional, considerate and always go above and beyond for my patients and can’t wait to meet you!

“Substitute” Medical Assistant
➢ Follows orders of Physician or Office Manager
➢ Assist with in-office procedures/Surgeries and patient care duties
➢ Assist with all office equipment- phones, faxes, etc. (if applicable)
➢ Covers needed staff from a few hours to a few days as contracted
Postpartum Doula Care/ Pregnancy Care (6 hour package) Day or Night
➢ Postpartum/ Pregnancy Care directed by physician and/or health advocate
➢ Help with newborn care while mom/dad rest
➢ Simple Cleaning
➢ Help entertain older children while parents' bond with newborn for 1-2 hours
➢ Bathing, bathroom care and dressing care

Marketing Wednesday Package-
This package is for independent physicians/ healthcare advocates and fellow small business owners. We meet to exchange business cards/ brochures. Every Wednesday I market your company and hand off your information to spread around the SWFL area, broadcast your business on my FB live, and one in person (video) interview with you to talk about what service you offer the SWFL area.
Grocery Shopping- Picking up/ Putting away
➢ I shop for you- pay up-front and follow your grocery list and go to your
store of choice, drive to your home and put all groceries away
➢ I pick up for you- you place order at any store of your choice, and I drive
your order to you and put all groceries away
Transportation to/ from appointments or store
➢ Must provide dates in advance for approval of transportation service
➢ Gas is not extra- this is included in extra service price
Cleaning
➢ Simple Cleaning is included in all service packages- this
service is wiping down counters, light sweeping/
vacuuming and picking up small objects from ground
➢ Moderate Cleaning is extra cost- this service is simple
cleaning along with washing dishes, mopping and
laundry (folding not putting away)
➢ Deep Clean- is simple and modate cleaning along with, wiping cabinets, ceiling fans, indoor cobweb removal, dusting all surfaces, wiping down outside of appliances, baseboards (where accessible). *
➢ Heavy Clean- clean home top to bottom. This is an all day service- this includes all of the above along with, cleaning inside and out microwave and one fridge/freezer wipe down inside and out. *
➢ Decluttering Cleaning only- Will help organize and throw away things at your discretion- this is an all day service for you. *
➢ Commercial Small Business Office cleaning only- Wiping down counters/ desks, sweeping/ mopping, dusting all surfaces, vacuuming any rugs/ carpets, deep cleaning breakrooms (once a week)- fridge deep cleaning (once a month), windexing front office doors (if applicable), laundry (if applicable)
*All cleaning services can be upgraded from simple clean for our Home care, pregnancy care and postpartum care packages for an extra fee.
Meal Prep
➢ I use your groceries to meal prep- your choice of Breakfast/
Lunch/ Dinner (made at your home)
➢ You pay grocery amount of your choice; I shop and prep
your breakfast/ lunch/ dinner (made at my home and
brought to you)
